Российские инженеры из компании Flex Databases впервые в мире использовали искусственный интеллект (нейросеть "Аня") в системе по фармаконадзору. Самообучающаяся система должна находить сигналы, дубликаты и автокодировать сообщения о нежелательных реакциях на препараты. Сигналами считаются сообщения от одного или нескольких источников, достоверно подтверждающие наличие причинно-следственной связи между приемом лекарства и нежелательной реакцией, о которой ранее либо не было ничего известно, либо сведения были недостаточно информативными. За 30 секунд система может обработать сигналы в количестве до 10 в пятой степени.
Известно, что к моменту регистрации препарата выявляется только 50% его побочных эффектов. Причем, это касается только самых частых (от 1% до 10%) или аллергических реакций. Фармаконадзор собирает данные и контролирует безопасность лекарств в пострегистрационный период и дает более полную и точную информацию о рисках, связанных с продажей препарата. При поступлении достаточно большого объема сообщений о нежелательных реакциях, связанных с применением конкретного препарата (сигналов), фармкомпания должна принять решение о выведении его из оборота.?
Комментирует Ольга Логиновская, директор по качеству и корпоративному развитию Flex Databases: "Разработка нейросети, а также ее внедрение в фармаконадзор, была вызвана не только желанием ускорить процесс, но и уменьшить вероятность ошибки, неизбежной при работе вручную. По нашему убеждению, "Аня" помогает более эффективно достигать основные цели фармаконадзора, которые заключаются в оценке безопасности лекарства, установлении рисков нежелательных реакций, а главное, в определении влияния препарата на исход заболевания и уровень смертности. Чем быстрее будут выявляться такие взаимосвязи, тем более безопасными будут лекарства, попадающие к пациентам через аптеки и лечебно-профилактические заведения".
