Президент России Владимир Путин заявил, что чиновники не должны "бронзоветь" и отрываться от общества, ради которого они работают. Об этом он сказал на встрече с выпускниками программы подготовки кадрового управленческого резерва для госслужбы, известной как "школа губернаторов", передает ТАСС.

"Тогда он будет по-другому относиться к решению целого ряда проблем, не бронзоветь, не чувствовать себя в отрыве от людей", - добавил глава государства.

Он также подчеркнул важность умения работать в команде и обмена лучшими практиками между чиновниками всех уровней. Путин отметил, что сейчас, когда перед страной поставлены масштабные задачи по реализации национальных проектов, вопрос качества кадров на госслужбе в регионах становится особенно важен.

"Требования к управленцам возрастают, вы это сами чувствуете и видите. Очень приятно, что возрастает конкуренция для действующих начальников всех уровней - региональных и федеральных", - сказал Владимир Путин, которого цитирует РИА "Новости".

По словам президента, всего за два потока программы развития кадрового управленческого резерва на постах глав регионов и исполняющих обязанности губернаторов работают 11 человек, а еще два выдвиженца стали министрами.

"Мы выстроили систему подготовки молодых, но уже опытных управленцев, и это сказывается на движении кадров позитивно, на формировании команд - региональных и федеральных. Меня это очень радует. Очень бы хотелось, чтобы это все пошло на пользу удовлетворения ваших амбиций в хорошем смысле и чтобы качество управленческой работы улучшалось постоянно", - отметил глава государства.

Председатель ЕР напомнил, что лидерство состоит "не в том, чтобы обещать людям манну небесную, которая возьмется неизвестно откуда, лидерство в том, чтобы принимать ответственные, нужные стране решения, но при этом обязательно идти к людям разъяснять, почему принято такое или иное решение и почему оно является оптимальным для нашей страны и в наше время".

Неуважительное отношение чиновников к гражданам раскритиковал и премьер-министр РФ Дмитрий Медведев. На вопрос телеведущей Ирады Зейналовой, которая предположила, что "чиновники на местах абсолютно оторвались, советуя прожить на 3,5 тыс. рублей", Медведев ответил: "Ирада, ну что можно сказать? Мозги нужно включать, вот, собственно, и все, когда ты облечен властью. К сожалению, не у всех это получается".

Он отметил, что по большей части госслужащие - "это преданные своему делу, ответственные, хорошие люди, а "тех, кто плохо себя ведет, надо привлекать к ответственности, тех, кто глупости говорит".
