Избирательный штаб действующего президента Украины Петра Порошенко анонсировал в Facebook дебаты с кандидатом в президенты Владимиром Зеленским на стадионе "Олимпийский" в Киеве 19 апреля в 19:00. Именно на этих дате и времени настаивал Зеленский.

"Исключительно ради граждан Украины, которые имеют право услышать обоих кандидатов перед голосованием. Исключительно из уважения к закону Украины и честным выборам", - говорится в анонсе. В штабе Порошенко призвали не приносить на дебаты атрибутику спортивных соревнований - дудки, файеры и барабаны.

"Мы идем не соревноваться, кто кого перекричит. Приносите с собой флаги и символику в государственных цветах Украины и Евросоюза", - рекомендовали в штабе. Для сторонников Порошенко из регионов обещают организовать бесплатный трансфер до стадиона на автобусах.

В связи с усиленными мерами безопасности организована предварительная регистрация на дебаты, пускать туда будут с 16:30 пятницы по спискам и удостоверениями личности. Предполагаемое время окончания дебатов, указанное в анонсе - 23:00.

Команда Владимира Зеленского подготовила на стадионе фан-зону около сцены для всех желающих, бесплатные билеты распространяются через сайт debaty2019.org.ua. Менее чем за полсуток через сайт было забронировано 12 тысяч мест, в штабе Зеленского предупредили о перебоях в его работе.

Накануне Зеленский опубликовал в Instagram видеообращение со стадиона "Олимпийский", в котором рассказал о "дебатах перед дебатами". По его словам, у штаба действующего президента появились новые условия, в частности, установить на арене две сцены.

"Где вы видели дебаты двух кандидатов на двух сценах?" - удивился шоумен. Другое предложение - разделить аудиторию на арене на сторонников каждого из кандидатов - Зеленский счел желанием команды Порошенко ограничить свободный доступ на стадион. Шоумен заключил, что его штаб ничего менять не собирается.

Напомним, идея проведения дебатов на стадионе "Олимпийский" 19 апреля изначально принадлежит Зеленскому. Порошенко согласился, но с датой возникли разногласия. Действующий президент хотел провести дебаты 14 апреля, а 19-го встретиться с соперником в эфире Общественного телевидения, как того требует законодательство о выборах.

Зеленский на такие условия не согласился. Порошенко также пытался вызвать оппонента на дебаты в телестудию канала "1+1", куда президент приехал неожиданно для ведущих. Зеленский, который в тот день отбыл во Францию на встречу с президентом страны Эммануэлем Макроном, вышел на связь по телефону и напомнил, почему никак не может приехать "в течение 40 минут", как предлагал Порошенко. Беседа закончилась спором и разрывом связи.

В итоге 14 апреля Порошенко явился на "Олимпийский" один и призвал голосовать за себя.
