videographer problems

Hi,

I'm having a bit of a nightmare with my videographer - Shoot Me Now films... I got married on 28th May last year and still don't have my wedding video back. we got the short trailer but we were supposed to get the full length video too and it's been nearly a year. I had also recommended to friends who got married a year ago and still haven't had theirs either which is super awkward for me.
I dont have a telephone number for them and there isn't one on the website but I have emailed all of the email addresses and sent Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn messages and I don't know what to do next.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice ideas of what to do next? Am I being totally unreasonable?

Please help.
