Мосгорсуд оставил без изменений решение о продлении сроков ареста до 25 сентября полузащитника "Краснодара" Павла Мамаева, нападающего "Зенита" Александра Кокорина, его брата Кирилла, а также их приятеля Александра Протасовицкого.
"Постановление Пресненского суда Москвы в отношении Мамаева, Кокориных и Протасовицкого оставлено без изменений, апелляционные жалобы адвокатов - без удовлетворения", - цитирует "Интерфакс" пресс-службу Мосгорсуда.
Как уточняет РИА "Новости", фигурантов дела не доставляли в суд для рассмотрения жалоб - все четверо выступали по видеосвязи из СИЗО.
К нынешнему дню спортсмены и два их подельника провели в СИЗО без малого полгода. Пресненский суд, который в настоящее время рассматривает дело фигурантов по существу, 3 апреля по ходатайству гособвинения продлил им сроки содержания под стражей еще на полгода - до 25 сентября.
На заседании 17 апреля продолжается допрос свидетелей.
Нападающий питерского "Зенита" Александр Кокорин вместе с игроком "Краснодара" Павлом Мамаевым с середины октября прошлого года находятся в СИЗО "Бутырка" по обвинениям в хулиганстве и нанесении побоев в рамках уголовного дела о драках в центре Москвы.
Оба инцидента, запечатленные камерами видеонаблюдения, вызвали широкий общественный резонанс. Санкция только статьи "хулиганство" предполагает до семи лет заключения.
Срок содержания фигурантов под стражей неоднократно продлевался в связи с необходимостью ознакомления сторон с материалами дела, которое содержит 16 томов. На прошлой неделе всем фигурантам продлили арест до 25 сентября. Защита обжаловала это решение.
