Жительница Омска Сания Абдуллина пожаловалась в соцсети на цинизм российских чиновников, которые сначала подарили ей цветы и денежный сертификат за рождение ребенка в самом начале года, а теперь требуют уплатить налог с этих подарков.

За рождение первого в Омске ребенка в 2019 году мэрия вручила Абдуллиной сертификат на 20 тысяч рублей одного из детских супермаркетов и букет. Однако на днях омичка получила от городской администрации письмо. В нем указано требование заплатить налог (НДФЛ) с этого подарка. В приложении к письму аккуратно прописана сумма задолженности - 2343 рубля. В ответ Сания Абдуллина опубликовала ролик в соцсети "ВКонтакте", в котором выразила свое возмущение.

"Люди, я в шоке! Смотрите, что творится! Сколько денег я должна вернуть. За этот подарок. Самое интересное, сначала приехала женщина. Попросила поставить подпись. И именно за эти 20 тысяч. Сначала я расписалась, а потом мне эта женщина из администарации сказала: мол, не пугайтесь, если придет на эти двадцать тысяч налог. Вы должны будете заплатить, так положено. Но про то, что еще и за букет - она про это и слова не сказала. Я прямо плачу… Если бы я знала, что так будет, я бы ни за что не взяла эти цветы!", - говорит молодая мать.

Теперь женщина думает, что ей делать дальше, пишет "БК55". Сертификатам она, судя по всему, была не слишком рада, поскольку в данном детском супермаркете "цены заоблачные". А возвращать деньги за букет она считает унижением. "Мне им сертификаты вернуть, и три цветочка в администрацию? Вот что делать?" - в слезах вопрошает омичка.

"Письмо счастья" из мэрии подписано и. о. директора департамента общественных отношений и соцполитики Ольгой Донник. На послании стоит дата - 11 апреля.

В мэрии уже прокомментировали скандальную ситуацию. Там акцентировали внимание на том, что с одного букета налог бы никто не требовал. "На территории всей Российской Федерации установлен налог на доходы физических лиц. В случае, если гражданином в течение года получены подарки от организаций общей стоимостью, превышающей 4000 рублей, возникает обязанность по уплате налога, о чем Сания Абдуллина была предупреждена. Согласно пояснениям Министерства финансов РФ, в указанную стоимость подарков включаются также букеты цветов. Налоговым кодексом РФ установлена обязанность Администрации города Омска письменно сообщить гражданину о суммах дохода, с которого не удержан налог, и сумме неудержанного налога. Так как Сание Абдуллиной были вручены подарочные сертификаты в магазин "Карусель детства" на сумму 20 тысяч рублей, было направлено письмо о необходимости уплаты налога", - отметили в пресс-службе департамента общественных отношений и социальной политики.
