В столице сотрудники правоохранительных органов пришли с обыском домой к активисту движения "Бессрочный протест", студенту химического факультета МГУ Дмитрию Иванову, сообщает "МБХ медиа".

По словам Дмитрия Иванова, несколько сотрудников правоохранительных органов с утра дежурили у его подъезда. После обеда они стали стучаться к нему в дверь, однако причину своего визита не объяснили и отказались зачитывать постановление на обыск. "Пришли. Требуют открыть дверь, основания не называют. Говорят, что есть постановление, но зачитывать отказываются", - сказал Иванов.

Силовики сломали два замка на входной двери Иванова, после чего попытались зачитать постановление. В документе говорилось, что к студенту химфака пришли в рамках следственных действий по уголовному делу активиста Алексея Климишина, возбужденного по ч. 2 ст. 214 УК РФ (вандализм, совершенный группой лиц, а равно по мотивам политической, идеологической, расовой, национальной или религиозной ненависти или по мотивам ненависти к какой-либо социальной группе). В этом случае закон предусматривает наказание в виде трех лет лишения свободы.

Активист успел сообщить, что к нему выехал адвокат Николай Фомин и что в ближайшее время у него отберут телефон. После этого Иванов перестал выходить на связь.

16 декабря 2018 года Дмитрий Иванов был задержан возле здания ФСБ на Лубянке во время акции в защиту фигурантов дел "Нового величия", "Сети" и арестованного правозащитника Льва Пономарева. Активист фотографировал участников мероприятия и полицейских, после чего его отвели в автозак. Полицейские потребовали, чтобы студент разблокировал свой телефон. При этом с Иванова снимали одежду, били его по затылку и угрожали ему. Не добившись желаемого путем избиения, силовики сломали телефон, а затем отпустили активиста. Позднее на него был составлен протокол о нарушении правил участия в митинге.

Движение "Бессрочный протест" образовалось после массовой акции против пенсионной реформы 9 сентября 2018 года, организованной штабом оппозиционера Алексея Навального. Активисты "бессрочки", в основном молодые люди, устраивают по всей России уличные акции протеста, за что подвергаются преследованиям со стороны правоохранительных органов. Так, в ноябре 14-летний участник движения Ярослав Васильев рассказал, что его после задержания избили полицейские и "люди в штатском". Они душили школьника, заламывали ему руки и наносили удары рукой в область затылка.

А в конце прошлого года студентка Российской академии музыки имени Гнесиных Софья Кардаш рассказала, что к ней в вуз пришли двое сотрудников Центра по противодействию экстремизму и угрожали завести на нее уголовные дела.

По словам Кардаш, беседа с силовиками состоялась в кабинете проректора академии по административно-хозяйственной работе в его присутствии. Борцы с экстремизмом говорили, что Софье грозит штраф в 300 тысяч рублей, который ее "мама оплатить не сможет".

Из разговора стало ясно, что силовики давно следят за студенткой - они перечислили, "когда она была в кафе, где перебежала через дорогу, зачем обращалась к врачу". Во время беседы сотрудники задавали ей вопросы про участников "Бессрочного протеста" и их планы, а также требовали, чтобы она не ходила на протестные акции.

Один из сотрудников центра "Э" настоял на том, чтобы студентка оставила ему свой номер телефона и предложил девушке встретиться "в менее официальной обстановке" - в ресторане, чтобы обсудить перспективы дальнейшего сотрудничества.
