Сургутская транспортная прокуратура возбудила в отношении авиакомпании Utair ("Ютэйр") дела об административных правонарушениях после того, как мать-одиночку вынудили купить 11 билетов на рейс для перевозки детей в гипсе после операции. Уточняется, что дела были возбуждены еще 15 марта. "Установлено, что при продаже билетов авиакомпанией Utair необоснованно завышена стоимость авиабилета, предусматривающего перевозку пассажира с использованием медицинского модуля", - заявили в прокуратуре. Гендиректору Utair внесено представление с предложением вернуть необоснованно полученные деньги за 11 билетов.

В отношении ПАО "Авиакомпания "Ютэйр" возбуждены дела по части 1 статьи 14.5 КоАП РФ ("Продажа товаров, выполнение работ либо оказание услуг при отсутствии установленной информации") и частьи 1 статьи 14.7 ("Обман потребителей").

"Отрадно, что органы прокуратуры не подошли формально к этой ситуации, а разобрались в ней. Надеюсь, что наложенная санкция станет уроком для других", - прокомментировала Диана Гурцкая, отметив, что история с 11 билетами "потрясла всех своей вопиющей безнравственностью и безразличием".
