Белоруссия продолжает оставаться для России ближайшим партнером, ведутся переговоры как сделать интеграцию "еще более весомой". Об этом сообщил премьер-министр РФ Дмитрий Медведев, отвечая на вопросы депутатов Госдумы по итогам ежегодного отчета правительства.

Вопрос о торгово-экономическом сотрудничестве двух стран задал независимый депутат, избранный от партии "Родина", Алексей Журавлев. Он отметил, что в презентации Минпромторга по международной кооперации и экспорту Белоруссия не фигурирует как страна СНГ, на территорию которой будут распространяться меры господдержки и экспорта отечественных товаропроизводителей.

"Накажем всех в Минпромторге за неправильное изложение сути нашей экономической политики", - пошутил в ответ Медведев. Он напомнил, что в этом году исполняется 20 лет Союзному договору, который "является фундаментом нашего интеграционного развития с Белоруссией".

"Белорусским друзьям переданы наши предложения по интеграции, они определяются, что для них является приемлемым, что менее приемлемым. Контакты продолжаются, работают ведомства, и, конечно, для нас Белоруссия является очень важным рынком. Я уж не говорю о том, каким важным рынком является российский рынок для белорусских товаропроизводителей", - сказал Медведев.

По его словам, никакие решения между государствами не пересмотрены и не отменены. Переговоры продолжатся по всем вопросам, "начиная промышленной сферой и заканчивая работой на рынках третьих стран". "Но при этом мы должны, естественно, помнить о том, что такое сотрудничество в конечном счете должно быть взаимовыгодным", - подчеркнул российский премьер.

В последнее время отношения Белоруссии и России нельзя назвать безоблачными. Из Минска все чаще звучат критика в адрес российских властей и опасения за суверенитет страны на фоне слухов о готовящемся поглощении Белоруссии Российской Федерацией.

На прошлой неделе президент Белоруссии Александр Лукашенко возмутился действиями "обнаглевшей" РФ, которая вводит "все больше и больше санкций" против Минска. Речь идет о запрете на ввоз яблок и груш из соседнего государства и запрете на импорт турецких груш через Белоруссию.

Кроме того, Россельхознадзор подготовил письмо в адрес Федеральной налоговой службы с просьбой проверить 36 белорусских компаний - посредников, которые поставляют белорусскую продукцию в Россию, используя схему "ложного транзита" в Казахстан и Киргизию. Ведомство также проведет собственное расследование всей цепи передвижения белорусских продуктов и по результатам принять меры.

Лукашенко в свою очередь предупредил, что Белоруссия будет при необходимости закрывать нефтепроводы для проведения ремонта, несмотря на транзит через них российской нефти.

Между странами также регулярно возобновляются "молочные войны", а с 2016 года тянется политический нефтегазовый спор. Его обострение вызвало запланированное РФ введение налогового маневра, из-за которого Минск будет покупать нефть у России по завышенной цене. Белоруссия затребовала компенсацию, но получила отказ. Лукашенко в ответ на это заявил, что РФ рискует потерять единственного союзника на западном направлении.

Тем не менее в начале апреля министр финансов РФ Антон Силуанов сообщил, что Россия предоставит Белоруссии кредит до 600 млн долларов на рефинансирование платежей в погашение основного долга по ранее предоставленным Россией займам.
